Turkmenistan and Georgia sign a broad package of bilateral agreements

During the state visit of the President of Turkmenistan, Serdar Berdimuhamedov, to Georgia, bilateral talks were held in Tbilisi with Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze in both restricted and expanded formats. The meetings concluded with the signing of a Joint Statement and a broad package of bilateral agreements aimed at further strengthening cooperation between the two countries. The discussions focused on the current state and future prospects of cooperation in political and diplomatic relations, trade and economy, transport and logistics, energy, industry, education, science, culture, healthcare and tourism.
