Conference Dedicated to the 35th Anniversary of the Country’s Independence Held at the State Energy Institute of Turkmenistan

On September 22, the State Energy Institute of Turkmenistan hosted a scientific and practical conference entitled “Independence — the Pride of the Nation,” dedicated to the 35th anniversary of the country’s independence.
On September 22, the State Energy Institute of Turkmenistan hosted a scientific and practical conference entitled “Independence — the Pride of the Nation,” dedicated to the 35th anniversary of the country’s independence.
The forum was attended by professors, lecturers, researchers, postgraduate students, and students of the institute, as well as specialists from the country’s energy sector.
The conference program included a plenary session and work in five thematic sections: “Independence — the Radiance of Happiness,” “Innovative Technologies in the Education System,” “Digital Economy and Energy Management,” “Development of the Energy Sector During the Years of Independence,” and “Technologies for the Use of Alternative Energy Sources.” During the scientific and practical conference, around 100 scientific reports were presented.
The presentations addressed important issues related to the environment and climate change, as well as expanding opportunities and increasing knowledge for the development of a “green” economy and renewable energy sources. The importance of energy conservation and the work being carried out in this area across various sectors of the country’s economy were also discussed.
The participants exchanged professional views and valuable experience in implementing targeted projects in the fields of energy efficiency and renewable energy sources.
Particular attention was paid to the comprehensive work being carried out in the country to ensure the active participation of Turkmen youth in addressing the tasks at hand and to involve young specialists in large-scale activities in this area.
As part of the event, participants enjoyed a festive musical concert prepared by the “Kuwwat” student creative ensemble of the Energy Institute.
At the conclusion of the conference, the participants expressed their sincere appreciation and gratitude to the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Hero-Arkadag, and Arkadagly Hero Serdar for the broad opportunities being created in the fields of science and education.
