The Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan has announced the procedure for obtaining a certificate required for students going abroad to study at higher and specialized secondary educational institutions. The ministry has also provided information on the documents required for registration and the hours for submitting applications. The certificate is issued in accordance with Appendix No. 1 to Order No. 202 of the Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan dated June 1, 2022. It confirms that a citizen has been registered in accordance with the established procedure as a student who is continuing or beginning studies abroad.
