Delegation of Turkmenistan Holds Talks with Major Railway Companies in Berlin

A delegation from the Ministry of Railway Transport of Turkmenistan is participating in the "InnoTrans 2026" international transport exhibition held in Berlin. On the first day of the exhibition, September 22, the Turkmen delegation held a series of meetings and negotiations with the heads of leading railway industry companies.
Representatives of the Ministry of Railway Transport of Turkmenistan visited the exhibition stands of "Techne Kirow GmbH", "INFRA LLC", "CRRC Nanjing Puzhen Co. Ltd", "Alstom", "Huawei Technologies Co. Ltd", and "Schwihag AG".
During the negotiations, the parties discussed the current state of cooperation in the railway transport sector, opportunities for developing interaction, and the implementation of new technologies in the industry.
In addition to business meetings, the Turkmen delegation familiarized itself with the exposition of the "InnoTrans 2026" exhibition. The exhibition showcases railway transport, transport infrastructure development, as well as modern technologies, equipment, and technical solutions used in the sector.
The program of business negotiations for the Turkmen delegation will continue on September 23. Meetings with the heads of "Vossloh AG", "ArcelorMittal", "System7 Railtechnology GmbH", and "Pandrol" are scheduled for that day. Furthermore, Turkmen representatives will meet with officials from the UK Department for Transport and the Railway Industry Association (RIA) of Great Britain.
On September 24, negotiations will be held with "voestalpine Railway Systems GmbH", "SRT Srl", "ARBZ", and "Kzeso, LLC". The delegation is also expected to continue exploring the exhibition exposition.
"InnoTrans 2026" is one of the largest international exhibitions dedicated to railway transport, transport infrastructure, and modern industry technologies. Within the framework of the event, railway industry representatives, technology manufacturers, and specialists from various countries meet to exchange experience and develop business ties.
