Travis Kelce Reacts to Taylor Swift’s Wedding Ring Flash in Viral Touchdown Celebration: ‘Proud Wife, Baby’

Travis Kelce scored both a huge touchdown and a viral reaction from Taylor Swift at the Sunday (Sept. 20) Kansas City Chiefs game, and in the new episode of New Heights that dropped Wednesday (Sept. 23), he reacted to the sweet moment.
After reviewing the thrilling footage of his first TD of the season, which was against the Indianapolis Colts, the tight end and Jason Kelce looked at the clip of the pop star celebrating by pointing at her wedding ring and yelling, “That’s my husband!”
“Listen man, proud wife, baby,” Travis said with a big smile. “Gotta make my girl proud.”
“Just doing my deed as a husband,” he added while the brothers scrolled through some of the memes Swift’s reaction inspired.
“Me after failing to parallel park in the same spot 10 times and and he gets out to do it himself,” one of them read, eliciting a big laugh from Travis, who said, “That’s too good.”
Another fan-added caption to Swift’s ring flash was, “How I want my wife to react when I fix the wifi by unplugging i and plugging it back in.”
“That’s a banger,” Travis said, hinting that he relates. “Yep. I am IT.”
Swift has been present at both Chiefs games so far this season, supporting Travis from her usual perch in a box suite at Arrowhead Stadium. The team will play its first away game on Sept. 27 against the Miami Dolphins.
The new podcast episode arrives on the same day as the 14-time Grammy winner’s announcement that she’ll be releasing The Life of a Showgirl: The Encore on Friday (Sept. 25). The deluxe edition of her 12-week Billboard 200 -topping 2025 album will feature four new songs , including previously announced single “Patient Zero.”
