In order to reward young performers who distinguished themselves with their talents at the competition «Garaşsyzlygyň merjen däneleri», held this year, declared «Independent neutral Turkmenistan - the homeland of purposeful winged horses», on the occasion of the 35 th anniversary of the sacred independence of the Motherland, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution.
