Rock & Roll Hall of Famer Blige launched My Life, My Story — her first-ever Vegas residency — on May 1. This followed the success of Blige’s For My Fans Tour in 2025. That tour included an April 10 stop in New York City, where the nine-time Grammy winner attained another career milestone: performing her first sold-out headlining show at Madison Square Garden. Livestreamed globally, that achievement was later spotlighted in the theatrical concert film Mary J. Blige: For My Fans, Live From Madison Square Garden , released globally in November 2025.
The “Queen of Hip-Hop Soul” released her latest album, Gratitude , in November 2024. Blige recently extended her long association with Lifetime, the cable and satellite television network. The latest project under that partnership is the film Mary J. Blige’s Be Happy, which aired in February.
