«Türkmennebit» Announces International Tender for the Procurement of Industrial and Drilling Equipment

The State Concern “Turkmennebit” has announced International Open Tender No. 220 for the purchase of general plant, technological and drilling equipment. Tender proposals must be submitted by 12:00 on October 30, 2026, local time.
Turkmenistan's State Concern «Türkmennebit» has announced international open tender No. 220 for the procurement of material and technical resources to meet the needs of its enterprises. Lotto No. 2 of the tender envisages the acquisition of general plant, technological, and drilling equipment. Manufacturers of relevant products who meet the requirements specified in the tender documentation are eligible to participate in the competition.
Conditions of Participation Companies wishing to participate in the tender must submit a corresponding application to the «Türkmennebit» State Concern. Applications are accepted at: 56 Archabil Avenue, 4th floor, Ashgabat city. The application must indicate the participant's full name, legal status, country of registration, as well as banking and other necessary details. Companies registered in offshore zones or having bank accounts in such zones are not permitted to participate in the tender. Tender participants are provided with the opportunity to familiarize themselves with Turkmenistan's legislation on tenders, tender procedures, and the list of required documents, as well as to obtain the lot specification, technical requirements, and main contract terms.
Financial Conditions and Submission of Proposals The fee for participating in the tender is 575 US dollars (including VAT) per lot or its equivalent in manats. Bank details for payment are provided upon submitting a written application. The tender proposal must be submitted in a single sealed envelope secured with a sealing wax (mastic) seal. The envelope must also include electronic versions of the participant's questionnaire and the main contract terms in Word format, as well as the technical and economic specification in Excel format. Proposals are accepted within 30 working days from the date of official publication of the tender announcement in the «Neýtralnyý Türkmenistan» newspaper. Tender proposals must be submitted no later than 12:00 local time on October 30, 2026. Proposals received after the specified deadline will not be considered.
