President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, on behalf of the people and Government of Turkmenistan, and on his own behalf, sent sincere congratulations and best wishes to the President of the Republic of Singapore, Mr. Tharman Shanmugaratnam, the Prime-minister of the Republic of Singapore, Lawrence Wong, and the people of the country on the occasion of the 30 th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Turkmenistan and the Republic of Singapore.
